  • "Offer" refers to any proposal submitted by a User to book an Artist for an event.

2. User Responsibilities

By submitting an Offer, you agree to:

  • Ensure that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Refrain from submitting offers that are fraudulent, misleading, or unethical.

3. Offer Submission Process

  • Users can submit Offers through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • All Offers are subject to review and approval by the Agency.

  • The Agency reserves the right to accept, reject, or request modifications to any Offer.

  • Once an Offer is accepted, it will be considered binding, and the User will be required to fulfill the terms outlined in the Offer.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment details and terms will be outlined in the Offer and any subsequent agreements.

  • Users agree to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking and/or additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations and modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to the Agency's cancellation policy.

  • Users must notify the Agency promptly of any changes to the Offer or booking.

  • The Agency reserves the right to charge cancellation fees or other penalties as outlined in the cancellation policy.

  • All content on the Agency's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Agency or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
